Outside of work, Ralph spends most of his time on the family farm—building, working the land, and making improvements. He also enjoys riding in the woods on his side-by-side, hiking, and fishing. Guided by his faith, Ralph treasures time spent in the Bible and with his church community. Family is his greatest joy, and he considers it a privilege to share life with them. His favorite movie is Braveheart, he’s a big fan of Johnny Cash, and his ideal vacation is hiking through the White Mountains.

As COO and Operations Manager, Travis thrives on building systems, processes, and culture that empower the Aligned Elevator team to succeed. He enjoys solving problems, creating clarity, and watching both the company and its people grow stronger every day. For Travis, the best part of being on the team is working alongside hardworking, motivated colleagues who take pride in their craft and share a common drive toward bigger goals.

He especially enjoys projects that turn complexity into smooth execution through planning and teamwork. Strategic problem-solving and showcasing the team’s professionalism are what inspire him most. For customers, Travis values the opportunity to provide confidence and peace of mind—turning what might be a stressful situation into a successful solution.

Outside of work, Travis is pursuing his private helicopter license, a personal goal he’s passionate about. He also enjoys biking with his wife and daughter, boating, and spending time outdoors. A lifelong learner, Travis seeks out new challenges that help him grow both personally and as a husband and father. He loves traveling with his family, especially to Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire. As Business Manager, Victoria’s favorite part of her role is being surrounded by a team of A players who are dedicated to excellence. She finds great pride in supporting the team’s efforts to deliver outstanding customer service and create the best possible experience for clients.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her daughter, homeschooling, and heading to the beach whenever she can. Family and quality time together are at the heart of what she values most.

As our Accounting Officer at Aligned Elevator, Leah prides herself in keeping our company financials organized, accurate, and aligned. She enjoys working closely with our team and values the family-like feel. Leah holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and brings over a decade of experience in bookkeeping and financial management. She is passionate about creating efficient systems that keep projects on track and ensure transparency across all financial operations.

Away from analyzing books and finances, Leah enjoys cooking, attending country concerts, and spending time with her husband, children, and friends. She believes that balancing work, family and personal passions is key to long-term success, both professionally and personally.

As Marketing Manager, Victoria loves seeing projects come to life—whether it’s launching updates to the company website, designing eye-catching truck wraps, bringing new campaigns into focus, or coordinating trade show exhibits. She thrives on the creativity and collaboration that go into each initiative and enjoys working with such a supportive team that values quality, innovation, and teamwork.

As Marketing Coordinator, Anna loves being out in the field capturing content that highlights the incredible work happening at Aligned Elevator. Visiting job sites gives her a first-hand look at how elevators function and evolve, and she enjoys learning from the knowledgeable mechanics on the team. Her favorite projects are modernization jobs—she thinks it’s “wicked cool” to see the dramatic transformation from start to finish and how the team’s expertise makes such a difference.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys running, spending time with friends and family, and listening to music—especially Morgan Wallen and Taylor Swift. She’s also a big fan of movies, with Happy Gilmore holding the top spot as her all-time favorite. Whether she’s on the go or relaxing, Anna finds joy in simple moments and the people she shares them with.

As Administrative Assistant, Bri finds the most rewarding part of her role is assisting customers and having a direct, positive impact on their experience. She values being part of a team that emphasizes communication and alignment, and she especially enjoys being the first point of contact—offering reassurance and helping to solve problems with care and efficiency.

Outside of work, Bri enjoys singing, gardening, baking, and spending time with her cats, Trout and Minnow. A lover of travel and beautiful scenery, she dreams of vacations that combine animals and adventure—whether that’s staying at a dude ranch or visiting Cat Island in Japan.

As Systems Specialist, Jacob’s favorite part of working at Aligned Elevator is being surrounded by such a talented team. As a Sales Representative, Gino enjoys helping customers better understand their elevator contracts and providing them with an extra level of service. Always eager to learn and share knowledge, he thrives on a team that values growth and collaboration. His favorite projects are repairs and modifications, where he can offer alternative solutions that truly benefit customers.

Outside of work, Gino is a proud husband and father who treasures time with his daughters, Ava and Aubrey, whether it’s cheering them on in school and sports or simply spending family time together. He also enjoys golfing, snowboarding, throwing darts, cooking, and exploring new foods and whiskeys. Passionate about good food, travel, and adventure, Gino’s favorite escape is the stunning scenery and relaxed pace of Hawaii.

As a Technical Sales Representative, Matt values being part of a family-owned, local company that brings a fresh and personal approach to the industry. He finds fascination in Connecticut’s historic elevators, especially those that have been operating for a century and continue to run flawlessly today—a true testament to craftsmanship and engineering.

In his spare time, Matt prioritizes family above all else. When not with them, he can often be found on the golf course or working on his property. His favorite vacations are out west in the Rocky Mountains, where the scenery and atmosphere check all the boxes for adventure and relaxation.

Andie enjoys the variety her role offers, with something new to take on each day. She especially values the opportunity to work in high-profile and secure locations, and her favorite part of being on the Aligned Elevator team is collaborating with positive, like-minded colleagues who are results-driven and motivated to reach the next goal together.

She particularly enjoys working on maintenance contracts and building trusting, transparent relationships with customers. For Andie, ensuring that clients know they can always count on Aligned Elevator is one of the most rewarding parts of the job.

Outside of work, Andie loves spending time with her daughter, fiancé, friends, and family. Life at home is busy and fulfilling with cats, dogs, chickens, ducks, goats, and donkeys to care for. She also enjoys riding quads, dirt bikes, and snowboarding, and has a strong passion for traveling and exploring new places.

As a Project Coordinator, Kevin enjoys both learning and working on a wide variety of complex elevator projects across all types of environments. His favorite part of the job is the opportunity to work transparently with customers, building trust through collaboration on challenging projects and turning those experiences into long-term relationships.

Outside of work, Kevin’s life is full of family activities. With two teenage daughters and a 10-year-old son, his schedule often revolves around practices and games for softball, flag football, baseball, hockey, and more. He embraces the busyness, knowing this season of life is short-lived, and loves watching his kids discover their own passions. When free time allows, Kevin enjoys hosting gatherings where friends and their families can come together.

Kevin and his wife share a family of five—including their three kids, two dogs, and three cats. He’s a fan of comedies like Major League and The Big Lebowski, and Seinfeld is his all-time favorite show. With broad musical tastes and no single favorite artist, Kevin appreciates all kinds of music. For vacations, he loves escaping to a quiet lake house, far away from the hustle and bustle.

For Frank, working in the elevator industry is an ongoing opportunity to learn. Whether it’s gaining a deeper understanding of the mechanics and components of elevators or discovering new ways to solve problems for clients, he enjoys the challenge of each unique situation. He finds great satisfaction in tackling issues head-on and creating solutions that best serve each customer’s needs.

Frank especially enjoys repair and modification projects, which he finds both the most demanding and the most rewarding. With equipment of varying ages, uses, and designs, no two jobs are the same. Returning a unit to service after a successful repair or modification gives him a strong sense of accomplishment and pride in the team’s work.

Outside of work, Frank’s life revolves around family. He and his wife, Julie, have been married for 11 years and are the proud parents of Levi (8) and Avery (6). Together they enjoy camping, vacationing, and trips to Cape Cod, while Frank also spends time coaching youth soccer. An avid golfer, he especially loves early morning rounds and time in nature. Frank’s favorite book and movie is The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien, and he also enjoys playing guitar, bass, piano, and drums. With a love for music—especially 80s–90s rock and hip hop—Frank brings both creativity and curiosity to everything he does. His favorite vacation was to Belize, where exploring the Mayan pyramids was a highlight and a true adventure.

 As a Technical Sales Specialist, Ethan thrives on interacting with people, building strong relationships, and learning about new aspects of the industry he may not have otherwise encountered. One of the most rewarding parts of his job is working alongside his father, who has always been a great example and role model in his life. Ethan feels blessed to share both family and professional experiences with him every day.

He enjoys any project where Aligned Elevator can make life easier for customers, provide outstanding service, and prove why the team is the best choice for the job. Even in challenging conversations, Ethan sees opportunities to strengthen connections—believing that working through difficulties together ultimately deepens trust and respect.

Outside of work, Ethan values time with his wife and children on their small homestead, where they raise chickens and tend to a summertime garden. He also enjoys playing golf, watching the Red Sox and the Patriots, and spending time with his church community. Guided by faith and service to others, Ethan centers his life around family and purpose. If he could choose his ultimate getaway, Switzerland would be at the top of his list.

In his spare time, Tom enjoys golfing and working in his yard. Guided by his faith and strong family values, he treasures time with his wife, kids, and grandkids above all else. For Tom, the best vacation spot is simply wherever he can be with his family.

As Project Manager for modernization and new installation projects, Mike values the welcoming and supportive culture at Aligned Elevator. From morning greetings to the willingness of team members to help one another, the friendly atmosphere is what makes working here truly special.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time outdoors. Warm days are often spent at the beach, boating, or kayaking, while cooler months bring opportunities to go hiking and explore nature. Motivated by the support and encouragement of his family, Mike continues to find inspiration both personally and professionally.

 Nicole thrives on building relationships and supporting clients as a Sales Representative at Aligned Elevator. What she loves most about her role is the people—whether it’s the supportive office team, the collaborative sales and operations staff, or the skilled mechanics in the field. Surrounded by positive, can-do colleagues who embrace challenges head-on, Nicole finds each day rewarding and motivating.

Outside of work, you’ll find Nicole running and hiking with her two German Shepherds, Cash and Kora. As a passionate animal lover and outdoors enthusiast, she’s happiest when spending time in nature with her dogs. A favorite quote she lives by is: “Great things never come from your comfort zone.”

 As a Mechanic, Sam finds fulfillment in being part of something larger than himself. As a proud member of Local 91, he values the opportunity to help the public and contribute to meaningful work within his community. Sam especially enjoys modernization projects and takes great pride in seeing the positive reactions of customers who appreciate the finished product.

Outside of work, Sam loves spending time in and around the ocean. A true water enthusiast, he jokes that if he ever goes missing, you can probably find him somewhere in the Caribbean—soaking up the sun and enjoying the waves.

As a Mechanic, Chris loves being part of the Aligned Elevator family and the strong sense of camaraderie that comes with it. He takes pride in providing excellent service and ensuring every customer is well cared for. Chris especially enjoys modernization projects, where he can help transform outdated systems into reliable, modern solutions.

Outside of work, Chris is a proud husband and father to a six-year-old daughter. He enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and spending quality time with his family. For Chris, both on the job and at home, it’s all about dedication, balance, and pride in the work he does.

As a Service Mechanic, Sean finds great satisfaction in troubleshooting and solving complex problems. He takes pride in identifying the root cause of an issue and ensuring every system runs smoothly and safely. Sean especially enjoys working on large maintenance contracts, where he can apply his technical skills and attention to detail across a wide range of equipment.

Outside of work, Sean stays active in his community as both a youth softball coach and a serving Selectman in Hebron. His leadership, teamwork, and dedication extend beyond the job, reflecting his commitment to helping others and making a positive impact.

Sam’s favorite jobs are heavy repair and modernization work, where he can be hands-on and see the direct results of the team’s effort and precision.

In his spare time, Sam enjoys working on cars and doing metal fabrication projects. Whether it’s in the shop or on the job site, he’s driven by curiosity, craftsmanship, and the satisfaction of building and improving things through hard work.
